Pink Sapphire Flower Pendant

Four marquise-shaped Pink Sapphires inspired this flower pendant. It is accented with Black Diamonds and one central white Diamond. By combining these stones and 18k gold, my intention was to create a talisman of balance, beauty and protection. The pendant is 18k gold and hangs on an adjustable 16-18 inch 18k gold chain.

They have been treasured for thousands of years and valued for their magical properties. Kings and queens thought that they could provide access to higher powers and increased intuition. Black Diamonds are a carbon isotope which make them slightly harder to cut than clear Diamonds. They absorb light rather than reflect it, but glitter from their reflective shiny surfaces. Black Diamond symbolizes authority and power.
