Shipping
USA Domestic Shipping
All items ship complimentary within the Continental U.S.A. Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, please use the carrier app or website with the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status of your purchase.
Due to the value of jewelry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Orders over $500 will require Signature Confirmation for your protection.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via FedEx Worldwide Express or UPS 3 Day International for a fee. Please contact us with your shipping information and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Shipments may be subject to import customs duties and fees. Please be advised that the contents on the customs forms generated by Susie Miller Studio will clearly state the nature of the parcel contents and the actual value.The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import duties and fees of their respective country.
Repairs
We stand behind our work and quality of fine craftsmanship. If your piece needs repair please contact us for instructions to return the piece to Susie Miller Studio. Once it is received, we will assess the piece and advise if there will be any charge. You are responsible for covering the cost of the insured shipment on any repairs not caused by production error.
Returns
Susie wants you to love your jewelry and your purchase. Therefore, unless it is a custom piece, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 (seven) days of having received it from Susie Miller Studio. The process for this must be followed in order for a refund to be issued:
1. Notify Susie within two calendar days of delivery by email to let her know the reason you wish to return the piece.
2. Every attempt will be made to rectify the issue, but if not, please carefully package the jewelry with its original packaging and return it within 7 days to:

3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the package arrives back to Susie Miller Studio. Susie Miller Studio cannot provide a refund for a piece that has been lost or damaged by the shipper. Please make sure that you package it properly and ship it with a tracking number and full insurance for replacement cost. Your return package must be shipped within 7 days of the original delivery date to you. Please notify Susie Miller Studio with a tracking number. After that period, it is subject to not being refundable.
4. Once the unworn/undamaged jewelry is received and inspected, Susie Miller Studio will immediately issue your refund in the same manner in which it was paid for. It may take several days to post to your credit card. You will receive notification of your refund once it is initiated. Please allow adequate time for the refund to post to your bank/credit card.
5. Susie Miller Studio cannot accept returns on items that are worn or damaged. All original packaging must be returned along with the jewelry. Returns will not be accepted on any customized piece unless Susie has made an error in production. If your returned item arrives in a worn or damaged condition, a refund will not be issued.
6. Susie Miller Studio does not offer refunds on shipping.
7. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged due to the shipper, please take thorough photographs of the damage immediately and retain all packaging materials. Please contact Susie within 48 hours of receipt of your package, so she may assist you in rectifying the issue.
